The Master said, A true teacher is one who, keeping the past alive, is also able to understand the present.
All people are the same; only their habits differ.
The Master said, The gentleman harmonizes [he] without being an echo. The petty man echoes [tong] and does not harmonize.
Is it not indeed a pleasure to acquire knowledge and constantly to exercise oneself therein?
Those who know the TRUTH are not equal to those who love it.
The cautious seldom err.
He that rules by mind is like the north star, steady in his seat, whilst the stars all bend to him.
