The game has been great to me. The Steelers have been great to me, and I think things will work out and take its toll. But I'm just singularly focused on being a great player, being here around the guys and my teammates, and representing my family.
I lift weights in the offseason about four times a week; during the season, I'll lift three times a week. The weight training is key because most guys come in during the summertime as strong as they are going to get, and they fizzle down as the year starts.
At the onset, I decided to name my brand LVL XIII - which means Level 13. The number 13 identified within the name and concept of the brand references throughout history that every creation begins at the level of thought and idea.
It's always great to engage with people. You never know who you can make an effect on. And I love interacting with the fans, hearing what they have to say and joking around with them. If you want to be the best, you can't take the path of least resistance. Every morning, you wake up, and your mind tells you it's too early, and your body tells you you're a little too sore, but you've got to look deep within yourself and know what you want and what you're striving for.

We do a lot of great things, but it's a competitive league. A lot of great guys around us do the work and help us elevate our game, and that's what makes the NFL so special. We have a lot of competitive players who are the best in the world at what they do, and they all compete against each other.
